Builds

BWhirlwind: campaign to 250M

Key skill: Groundshaker → Savage Charge → WhirlwindStart Budget: ●●●Medium

ProsStep-by-step guide in 4 setups: Groundshaker and Savage Charge in the campaign, Whirlwind from level 60 (~50k DPS), 250M DPS by level 89 with a two-handed sword. Each setup lists gear, skills, traits, pact spirits and talents

ConsThis is Part 1 — endgame comes later. In SS14 Whirlwind no longer uses Dexterity: the author advises replacing Dexterity gear lines with damage. The Indifference talent needs 200+ unspent Energy
